    I interviewed with my future Manager and Associate Director of IT. I had the basic technical questions that my job would require me to do. What goals did I have for the next five years? Can you work with a Team? With little or no supervision? The hiring manager had a list of questions that he had written the day before and just reading of it. Typical Interview.

    The process was very fast once it began. I applied earlier in the year and was not expecting to ever hear from them. About three months later I received an email inviting me to interview. A few days later I received a call to schedule the interview.

    It took about 45 min, the interview was with the Dean. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I felt like at home. I answered several questions about my background and asked about the place, responsibilities, corporate culture and the process in general. Then the Dean referred me to HR office to proceed with paper work.

    I applied online in October. I interviewed with 4 members in November. I was told a decision would be made by the end of the week. I still hadnt heard anything back. The following day after the interview, I sent Thank you emails for the interview and still hadnt had a response of whether or not the position had been filled. Its almost December and no word yet.

    They wanted me in so all questions were softball questions. I could tell. I was one of three applicants. Of the other two they told me during the interview that one of the applicants was in Hawaii. Wow! I only had to compete against one other candidate.

    The process took about a month. I applied online and got a call within a week. Their were two interviews. One with the a couple of individuals from the accounting department, and the second with the Dean of Financial Affairs. It depends on the location you are applying for, because after I accepted the job offer, I got a call from on of the campuses to set up an interview. So make sure if you are applying for multiple locations, you dont make a decision to quick. Good luck!

    I had the interview with a couple of the department employees. It was all going off a standard questionnaire they filled out as I answered.
    A couple weeks later I received an email the position had been filled.
